About the Company

Kronovall has a long heritage as Sweden's only "wine castle". Throughout its history, the estate has hosted a variety of culinary concepts and formats, all rooted in a tradition of delivering refined dining experiences and memorable celebrations. Since 2026, Kronovall Estate has been under the management of the von Braun family. Optimal conditions are being created for skilled and independent restaurateurs to create and deliver a curated selection of restaurant concepts across the entire estate. For the 2026 season, we are now looking for serving staff for our restaurant. In this recruitment process, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with service and serving in our bistro and outdoor seating environment, where the focus is on creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests during the summer days and evenings. Your duties include, among other things, providing personal service, serving food and drinks, keeping the restaurant and outdoor areas inviting and well-maintained, and guiding guests through our selection of beverages, food, and snacks.

We place great emphasis on the personal meeting and are looking for someone who is social, service-oriented, and always greets guests with energy, warmth, and professionalism. For us, serving is not just about food and drink – we want to create a holistic experience where every evening feels special for our guests. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works efficiently, and has an eye for detail while contributing to a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and feel confident working both independently and as part of a team.

The season runs from July to August, with the possibility of occasional shifts in connection with events and arrangements during late summer/autumn and winter.
