SJR is now hiring an Order Coordinator for our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company. This is a consulting assignment starting on June 14th for 6 months with a possibility of extension. The role is located onsite at our client's office in Solna.

About the role

In this role, we are looking for a professional and service-oriented Order Coordinator with extensive experience in customer service, good system proficiency, and documented competence in electronic order management. In this position, it is important that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, and preferably master an additional Nordic language. You have a strong drive to deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality service and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks according to guidelines
• Follow assigned responsibilities and set goals
• Participate in training, projects, and team development
• Identify and report deviations according to policy
• Ensure correct handling of customer cases according to SLA and deadlines
• Work according to processes, quality requirements, and SOX regulations
• Ensure compliance with QA and audits
• Be flexible and take responsibility for varying tasks
• Develop product and system knowledge
• Act according to the company's values and ethical guidelines

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have at least a high school education combined with relevant work experience, preferably within MedTech or a similar regulated industry. You have at least two years of experience in customer service and are accustomed to working with electronic order management and process-based methods. Your system proficiency is good, and you have experience working in various business and support systems, preferably within the framework of SOX and quality-controlled environments. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English, and master an additional Nordic language. Experience collaborating with multiple functions such as supply chain, quality, sales, and external suppliers is advantageous.

You are structured, detail-oriented, and efficient in your work, with a strong sense of service and quality. You have a clear customer focus and enjoy working both independently and in teams. As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and workload. You collaborate well with colleagues and customers and have a good understanding of how your work contributes to the organization's overall goals. Furthermore, you have a professional and ethical approach in all situations and represent the business in a trustworthy manner.
