About the position

As the nurse responsible for care, you work as one of four nurses at Eneberg. You are responsible for the care of approximately 20 residents, which means you need to have a holistic view of these individuals. Together with the team, consisting of doctors, occupational and physical therapists, assistant nurses, care assistants, and the unit manager, you decide on and follow up on the measures implemented.

We jointly design routines that facilitate the work. Our goal is to work consistently across all our units.

Shifts are currently scheduled during daytime hours, with duty every sixth weekend. We currently have specialized nurses working evenings and nights, but some evening duty may become relevant in case of changes.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Nursing tasks with a focus on care and dementia.
• Supervise care staff in various care matters.
• Delegate tasks to care staff.
• Provide telephone advice.
• Work person-centered within areas including BPSD and palliative care.
• Ward rounds.
• Team meetings.

About you

For this position, you need:

• To be a licensed nurse.
• A driver's license and driving experience.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Further education in elderly care/palliative care.
• Experience working in a nursing home.

About us

Eneberg is centrally located in Norrtälje and has approximately 70 apartments. We have 9 departments, 3 of which focus on dementia care. Our goal is to create a residence that we ourselves would choose to live in. We are fortunate that many of our residents stay with us for a long time, which gives us many memorable meetings with our elderly and their relatives. With us, you join a work group of experienced and skilled nurses who collaborate closely with the care staff.

Within Tiohundra, we have 8 nursing homes with dementia and care spots. Some of our residences also have short-term spots. Important to us is the work with patient safety and person-centered care, which is facilitated by the fact that the company includes both elderly care and acute care. What all our residences have in common is that they are run with engagement and warmth.
