Eventomatic is one of Sweden's leading companies in photo booths and event activations. We help companies, trade shows, festivals, and private clients create memorable experiences through innovative photo and video solutions.

We are now looking for a Booking & Event Coordinator who wants to take responsibility for our bookings from the first customer contact to the completed event.

About the Role

As a Booking & Event Coordinator, you are the hub of our operations. You are responsible for ensuring that every booking is correctly planned, prepared, and executed according to the customer's wishes.

You are the customer's primary contact person before the event and ensure that all information, staff, and equipment are in place on time.

This is a role for you who likes to take responsibility, create structure, and ensure that things actually get done.

Responsibilities

• Receive bookings via phone and email
• Create and follow up on quotes
• Ensure all information is available prior to each event
• Collect logos, images, texts, and other materials from customers
• Plan and prepare bookings in our systems
• Book installers and ensure they have the correct information before the assignment
• Handle changes, additions, and customer requests
• Act as the customer's contact person before and after the event
• Follow up on completed events and customer satisfaction
• Update internal checklists, routines, and booking systems
• Collaborate with sales staff, installers, and the rest of the team

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with taking responsibility.

You are:

• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Comfortable with phone calls and customer contact
• Good at prioritizing when the pace is fast

Experience from customer service, administration, project management, events, or similar roles is advantageous but not a requirement.
