Palliative Care Unit (PAVA)

The Palliative Care Unit (PAVA) cares for palliative patients from the Surgery Division at Östersund Hospital. We work in a multiprofessional team. We usually have eight care beds, but during the summer, we often need to reduce operations to 4-5 beds.

Job Responsibilities

Traditional duties as a resident doctor. Close collaboration with the rest of the staff. The goal is for you to become increasingly independent over time. When opportunities arise, we also welcome your participation in examinations and treatments of a palliative nature that our patients undergo.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree

We prefer that you are a non-certified doctor with a medical degree.
