DS Smith is now hiring an Electrician for the night shift!

As a Maintenance Technician with us, you will have a varied and responsible job focusing on preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.

You will independently drive and support defined tasks within areas such as mechanical maintenance and repair, facility services, and installation of machinery and equipment.

The position is for the night shift.

About You

We are looking for you who are a trained electrician and have experience working in manufacturing operations. It is a great advantage if you also have good mechanical understanding. We have a high degree of automation in our machinery fleet, so it is an advantage if you have knowledge of troubleshooting via PLC. We would prefer that you have worked night shifts previously and enjoyed it, as it does not suit everyone.

As you will be part of a service department, we place great importance on your personal qualities. You have a high safety awareness and enjoy collaborating with others, while being self-reliant and engaged. Problem-solving is a natural part of your daily routine, where you can utilize your creative, analytical, and customer-oriented approach. You like to be where the action is and communicate easily with those around you.

For this position, you need to have Swedish language skills at least at level B2.
