OnePartnerGroup is now hiring several experienced and engaged operators for pharmaceutical production with a prestigious, internationally recognized client in Södertälje.

As an operator, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency in pharmaceutical production. You will become part of our dedicated team and contribute to producing high-quality medicines that improve people's lives. This is an exciting job for you who want to work in an industrial environment and enter the pharmaceutical industry. At this state-of-the-art factory in Södertälje, you and your colleagues manufacture life-saving medicines. Tasks vary between departments, but the common denominator is that order and cleanliness are paramount in the cleanroom. The work environment, colleagues, salary, and schedule are excellent.

Responsibilities

After thorough on-site training, you are expected to work independently on various parts of large-scale pharmaceutical production. The tasks suit you if you are handy, technically inclined, and curious. The processes are numerous and varied, which we will discuss in more detail during the interview. You will be trained on-site and follow clear instructions and methods according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Working Hours

Shift work applies at this workplace. The job suits you if you enjoy working early mornings, evenings, and/or nights, as well as some major holidays.

Requirements

We have no requirements for previous experience in process industry or as a process operator, but you must possess the following:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Ability to start work at 06:00 in Södertälje.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work.
• Availability to work shifts (day, evening, and night shifts).
• Ability to work carefully and systematically.
• Curiosity and professional pride.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing tasks.

Merits

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP.
• Professional experience from previous hands-on trades.
• Forklift license (otherwise, we will train you).
