What do we offer?

At Akka Rehab, we work with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, and naprapaths. As a receptionist here, you support our therapists by handling administrative tasks and creating a smooth patient flow. The role is varied and suits you if you thrive on human interaction and can juggle multiple tasks at once.

Your responsibilities will include reception and cash desk duties, telephone service, patient meetings, and assisting other staff with administrative matters. You will often be the first person our patients meet, playing a crucial role in creating a sense of security, professionalism, and a warm welcome from the very first contact.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a cheerful, positive, and service-oriented colleague. Previous experience as a receptionist, work within the healthcare sector, and knowledge of the medical record system Take Care are considered merits.

To succeed in this role, you need high social competence and a genuine interest in providing patients with professional, secure, and considerate treatment. You are structured, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with others. At our workplace, the patient is always in focus, and we strive to provide the best possible care where every patient feels seen, heard, and well taken care of.
