Westcoast Windows is a Swedish window manufacturer with its own factory in Trollhättan. The products are sold through building material retailers, and the company has experienced stable growth since its inception in 1995. Today, we have 75 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 135 million SEK. Westcoast Windows is part of the Inwido Group, which had a turnover of 9 billion SEK in 2025. Our windows are developed to withstand harsh climates, offer long service life, and create security in the home.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – EAST REGION
We are proud of our roots and, with our technical expertise, we manufacture premium windows of high quality. We look forward to taking further steps towards developing energy-efficient solutions, with a focus on long-term profitability and a responsible approach to both customers and the environment. We are now looking for an energetic and business-oriented salesperson who wants to take overall responsibility for sales in the East Region. You do not need specific experience with windows – what is most important is that you are a skilled relationship builder and new customer developer who can deliver results. Previous experience working with building material retailers or selling building-related products is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
As Regional Sales Manager East, you will have an independent and varied role where you drive sales both tactically and operationally. You report to the Marketing Manager/Sales Manager and are part of a team of eight people (three regional sales managers and five inside sales representatives). Your region stretches from Västervik to Jönköping towards Örebro, up through all of Norrland, and down along the entire east coast back to Västervik. You work from home, and we prefer that you live strategically within the region, preferably around Greater Stockholm or the Mälaren Valley area where the majority of our existing customers are located.
You are given great freedom to plan your work yourself and develop the business in your region. Most of our customers are within the building material retail sector, where your task is to both nurture and further develop existing partnerships as well as drive new customer acquisition.
Your main areas of responsibility:
- Develop and drive sales in the East Region.
- Build long-term relationships with retailers in the building material sector.
- Structure, plan, and follow up on sales activities to achieve set goals.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and training for retailers and craftsmen.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery precision.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who:
- Have at least three years of experience as an outside salesperson in B2B sales.
- Have experience with building material retailers or the sale of building-related products.
- Have a clear business and results focus, are communicative, and confident in driving business dialogues.
- Are structured, independent, and thrive with personal responsibility.
- Have good knowledge of economics and reporting, are system savvy, and work comfortably with the Office package.
