To our client, we are now looking for a Systems Engineer who wants to work with the entire chain – from requirements and architecture to the finished solution. Here you will have a central role in the development of systems used in demanding environments where reliability is crucial. About the role As a Systems Engineer with our client, you will become a key person in the development of IT infrastructure – with a focus on the hardware that supports the systems. You work in a project format together with other engineers, architects, testers, and project managers, where you together deliver complete system solutions. The role is broad and varied, with a strong focus on requirements management, system design, and documentation. You help break down the customer's needs from the system level down to the component level and ensure that the solution meets both technical requirements and standards. Among other things, you will:

• Design and develop system architecture on multiple levels
• Capture, structure, and break down requirements according to established methods (e.g., the V-model)
• Create system descriptions, design documents, and other technical documentation
• Work closely with both internal teams and the customer in technical dialogues
• Ensure that solutions meet relevant standards (e.g., ISO/INCOSE)
• Support the development of both hardware and software – without programming yourself

The work often takes place in teams, but also requires that you can drive your own parts forward. The projects are long-term and characterized by overall responsibility. You are curious, have a strong desire to develop, and feel comfortable in dialogue with both colleagues and customers. You take responsibility for your work and drive your tasks forward, even when the frameworks are not always completely defined. We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant post-secondary education
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, for example networks, servers, or system setup
• Alternatively, experience in hardware-related work/technical systems
• Experience working systematically with requirements, documentation, and technical specifications

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role
• Knowledge in requirements management and system lifecycle processes (e.g., INCOSE or ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288)
• Background in IT, electrical engineering, or a related field
