This assignment starts immediately!

You do not need extensive experience, but you likely have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work. Perhaps you tinker, build, or repair things in your spare time, or have worked practically in previous roles. You will receive good introduction and support to grow into the role, whether your focus becomes assembly, production, or testing.

About the role

As an important part of Trimble's production chain, you may work in one of the following areas:

• Assembly of technical components and subsystems (e.g., circuit boards, optical modules, mechanical units)
• Production according to established processes and standards with a focus on fine mechanics, ESD-safe handling, and high precision.
• Testing and verification of finished products according to set methods, such as functional tests, RF tests, optical tests, or system tests.
• Quality control and inspection where you ensure that everything meets Trimble's high requirements for performance and quality.

The work requires attention to detail, responsibility, and a structured approach. You work both independently and in teams. The position is full-time, daytime hours Monday–Friday, with immediate start.

Examples of tasks:

• Fine assembly of small technical components within electronics/optics/mechanics
• Soldering, fine assembly of circuit boards, and handling of fiber components
• Functional testing of products in test equipment or measuring instruments
• Basic troubleshooting based on instructions
• Following work instructions, drawings, process flows, and standards (e.g., ESD, ISO)
• Contributing to order, safety, and continuous improvements
• Collaboration with colleagues to achieve common production goals

Who are you?

You are practical, quality-conscious, and quick to learn. You enjoy working with your hands, are methodical, and thrive in an environment with clear routines and high demands for precision.

Perhaps you have previous experience from production, electronics, industry, workshop, service, or fine assembly, or you have a strong technical interest and want to develop in a full-time technical role.

Requirements:

• Technically interested and accustomed to practical work
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Available for immediate start
• Ability to work daytime hours Monday–Friday

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience with electronics, optics, fine mechanics, or testing
• Experience with soldering, fine assembly, or ESD-safe production
• Experience with quality control or work in cleanroom-like environments
• Understanding of drawings, schematics, or work instructions
• Driver's license and access to a car
