As a material handler with us, you will play a key role in the daily work of dismantling Ringhals 1 and 2.

About the roleThe work as a material handler means becoming part of one of Europe's largest decommissioning projects, the dismantling of Ringhals 1 and 2. The role involves significant responsibility for the handling of materials and waste within the project.
Your tasks will include among other things:
- Moving and handling demolition materials prior to radiological measurements
- Registering waste in our internal system using a tablet
- Handling and sorting hazardous waste
- Operating forklifts and overhead cranes
The work is carried out in close cooperation with colleagues and requires precision, a safety-oriented mindset, and good structure in daily work.
Your profileWe are looking for someone who is hands-on, positive, and responsive to both the company's and the customer's needs. You thrive in a team environment and have a service-oriented attitude. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and adaptable to different tasks and situations.
The work occasionally involves physically demanding and repetitive tasks, which you enjoy and see as a natural part of the job. At the same time, you are flexible and happy to help where needed. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
We are looking for you who have:
- Upper secondary education
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Category B driver's license
Meritorious:
- Experience with warehouse work
- Overhead crane and forklift certificates
Employment type: Fixed-term employment (6 months), with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter
Location: Varberg, Ringhals
Working hours: 07:00-15:30
