We are 2,500 employees who, in our various roles, provide support and care to the citizens who need it.
The Role and Responsibilities
Do you want to contribute to high quality, security, and development in daily care work?
We are now looking for specialist assistant nurses who want to work closely with colleagues and management to strengthen nursing care and contribute to a high-quality, person-centered daily life for our users.
As a specialist assistant nurse, you work in daily care work and are a natural support in the work group. You have a supervisory and supportive function in the regular operations. The role combines care work with responsibility for supervision, quality, and development in close collaboration with the unit manager, deputy manager, colleagues, and HSL (Health, Social Care, and Leisure) staff.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to increased security and continuity in nursing care, high quality in documentation, implementation plans, and deviation management, as well as support and guidance for care staff in care work.
In the role of specialist assistant nurse, you will among other things:
- provide support and supervision in person-centered care
- follow up on the introduction of new staff according to current routines
- support colleagues in social documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines
- contribute to the quality and follow-up of implementation plans
- strengthen the work group's knowledge of deviation management and participate in follow-ups
- perform simpler self-controls together with business developers
- collaborate with HSL staff regarding the planning and prioritization of interventions
- initiate and support reflection in the work group
- participate in development work and the implementation of new working methods, and support colleagues in quality work
- have staffing responsibility when the administrator is not on site
Scheduled working hours during day and evening shifts, with duty every third weekend.
We offer you
We offer a meaningful role where you make a difference in people's daily lives, as well as the opportunity to contribute to development and increased quality in care work. You will have close collaboration with engaged colleagues and managers in a workplace characterized by person-centered care, security, and continuous improvement work.
You who apply to us
You are a trained assistant nurse with further education as a specialist assistant nurse corresponding to at least 200 higher education credits (YH) within geriatrics/multimorbid elderly, dementia, palliative care, or mental health issues.

Meritorious:
- Have worked as a specialist assistant nurse.

- Have reflection supervision training.
- Have experience with the Lifecare system.
The role requires the ability to independently plan, structure, and prioritize your own work, as well as being flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the operations.
