Do you want to make a real difference for patients in their home environment and contribute your skills as a nursing assistant? Aleris Basal Home Care welcomes applications from nursing assistants who want to work with us in the areas of Nordost, Nordväst, Västerort, Söderort, and Innerstaden.
About the roleWithin Basal Home Care, we usually work on behalf of health centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.
About the positionAs a nursing assistant with us, you work under the delegation of a nurse. Tasks may include, among other things:
Medication administration
Insulin
Catheter/tube management
Stoma care
Inhalation care
Light wound care
Documentation is done in the medical record system TakeCare and shifts are planned in Epsilon. You always have support from an administrative team that helps structure and plan the work, creating good conditions for both quality and work environment.
Who we are looking forWe are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have experience with delegated tasks, good computer skills, and fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. A Class B driver's license is required (Innerstaden is the only unit that can accept applicants without a driver's license).
Previous experience in home care and working with TakeCare and Epsilon is meritorious. As a person, you are independent, structured, and confident in handling changing situations, even at a high pace. You always keep the patient in focus and contribute to good teamwork.
