As a property caretaker, you work with various types of green area and property maintenance. You work on-site with our customers and are responsible for ensuring that our residential areas are clean, tidy, and safe. The work is varied, and you must be self-motivated.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have the following qualifications:

Valid driver's license (Category B)
Good command of the Swedish language is essential for effectively serving our customers.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone with a high sense of service and responsibility, who enjoys working both independently and in a team. You are skilled at keeping the customer in focus, listening to their needs, and meeting their expectations. You take initiative.
