We are now looking for a Product Sales Specialist within pediatric assistive devices to join our dedicated sales team. Here, you will utilize your clinical expertise in an independent and outward-facing role where you build strong relationships, educate customers, and drive business forward. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and help children access the right assistive devices that make a real difference in their daily lives. Your main responsibilities

• Plan, book, and conduct customer visits within your district.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions.
• Build and develop long-term relationships and work proactively with sales.
• Act as a consulting expert and support customers through meetings, phone, and email.
• Drive your own business and ensure that sales and quality targets are met.
• Participate in follow-up meetings, internal product meetings, as well as conferences and customer events.

Your primary customers are assistive device centers, but you will also collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare roles. The role is independent with significant personal responsibility, while you have support from an experienced team regarding procurement, products, and customer cases.

Your profile

• 3–5 years of experience from healthcare, habilitation, or assistive device operations.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel for work (we provide a company car).

Merits:

• Licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist.
• Sales experience.
• Experience working in pediatric habilitation or as an assistive device consultant.

Your future team and workplace

You will report to our Sales Manager and become part of an engaged and knowledgeable sales team of 7 people. Together, you work closely, share knowledge, and support each other to achieve common goals. You will be responsible for a district covering Stockholm, Gotland, Östergötland, Södermanland, Västmanland, Dalarna, Gävleborg, Uppsala, Värmland, and Örebro counties. You live in the Stockholm area with commuting distance to our office in Kista, and spend most of your working time out with customers.
