Nurse / District Nurse sought for home care assignment in central Stockholm

We are currently looking for a nurse or district nurse for a home care assignment at a well-functioning primary healthcare centre in central Stockholm. This is an assignment for you who want to work independently, close to patients, and at the same time be part of an engaged team with high competence and good continuity.

The assignment primarily covers home care and suits you who thrive with varied working days and close contact with patients in their home environment.

About the assignment

Role: Nurse / District Nurse

Scope: 100%

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, 60-minute lunch break (excluding public holidays)

Period: 2026-07-20 – 2026-08-14 (weeks 30–33)

Location: Stockholm

Medical records system: Take Care

Extension: Possible

About the operations

The operations are located centrally in Stockholm and provide primary care with a focus on accessibility, quality, and person-centred care. The assignment primarily covers home care where you work closely with patients with varying care needs.

You will become part of a professional team with good structure and clear working methods, where collaboration and continuity are highly valued.

We are looking for you who

  • Are a licensed nurse or district nurse
  • Have at least 2 years of experience
  • Have experience in home care and primary care
  • Are confident in independent work
  • Have good communication skills and a professional approach
  • Fluently speak and write Swedish
  • Experience with the medical records system Take Care is meritorious
