Welcome to us
We are now looking for an engaged physiotherapist who wants to help develop systematic work environment management within our home care services.
As a physiotherapist with us, you will work closely with home care staff to promote a safe, sustainable, and health-promoting work environment. You will contribute your expertise in ergonomics, transfer techniques, and fall prevention, and be an important part of the organization's systematic work environment management.

The position involves both operational and strategic work, where you combine practical support in the operations with development work and training initiatives. Organizationally, you will belong to a health care unit with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Your role
- Guide and train staff in ergonomics and safe transfers, both during training sessions and as needed situationally in individual homes.
- Support managers in systematic work environment management, both by participating in risk assessments as needed and by developing and following up on action plans.
- Participate in development work regarding routines and working methods.
- Participate in work to develop home care collaboration with primary care.
- Contribute to fall prevention work within home care.
Your qualifications and experience
Requirements:
- Registered physiotherapist
- Experience working in elderly care, home health care, or work environment management
- Education and experience in ergonomics and transfer knowledge
- Pedagogical and confident in training groups
Meritorious:
- Experience with systematic work environment management (SAM)
- Education in work environment
