Warehouse Worker in Norsborg – Forklift Operator (Summer Assignment)

To our client's warehouse operations in Norsborg, we are looking for an experienced forklift operator for a summer assignment during the period of weeks 24–31. The assignment is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. The employment is fixed-term and arranged through Uniflex.

About the role

The warehouse in Norsborg functions as a district warehouse for building and installation materials and is a key part of the distribution chain to business customers. The facility handles incoming and outgoing goods for regional deliveries. The work environment is characterized by clear processes, high safety requirements, and a strong focus on quality and efficient goods flow.

Your main responsibilities

• Operating counterbalance forklifts (B1) and reach trucks (B3).
• Receiving and carefully checking incoming goods.
• Unloading and loading goods.
• Picking orders and internal movement of goods.
• Registering and handling goods in warehouse and business systems.
• Ensuring order, structure, and a good work environment.

Who are you?

We are looking for a skilled and confident forklift operator with experience from warehouse operations. You have extensive experience driving both counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks, and you work independently based on clear routines and safety requirements. You have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are familiar with working in warehouse and business systems.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and reliable, with a work style characterized by responsibility and quality. You are stress-resistant and safety-conscious, even when the pace is fast, and contribute to ensuring that the work in the warehouse is carried out efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in warehouse work.
• Extensive experience with counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks.
• Valid forklift licenses A and B.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer and system skills.
