About the role

• You work as a Scrum Master in a team focused on digital products and services.
• You support the team in working efficiently, transparently, and with clear priorities.
• You contribute to a sustainable and high-performing way of working.

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and refinement.
• Remove impediments and help the team manage dependencies and risks.
• Support continuous improvements in working methods, quality, and delivery capability.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX, analytics, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or product development.
• Good understanding of Scrum, agile methods, and team facilitation.
• Experience coaching teams and stakeholders in agile ways of working.
• Proficiency in handling priorities, dependencies, and delivery planning in complex environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create direction in changing contexts.
