What you will do

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and refinement.
Remove impediments and help the team manage dependencies and risks.
Support continuous improvements in working methods, quality, and delivery capability.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX, analytics, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has

Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software or product development.
Good understanding of Scrum, agile methods, and team facilitation.
Experience coaching teams and stakeholders in agile ways of working.
Proficiency in managing priorities, dependencies, and delivery planning in complex environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to create direction in changing contexts.
