Collaboration with neighboring care providers and partners within and outside your own organization is also included.
You are part of a team and have the opportunity to contribute to continuous development by participating in the operation's ongoing development work. You are offered both individual supervision and group supervision. You are also offered the opportunity to participate in BUP's local PTP program as well as Region Stockholm's central PTP program.
