JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nurse in the Health and Medical Services Department at Home Care, based in Vittangi, you meet patients in their home environment and are responsible for their care in collaboration with home care staff. Together with home care, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and unit managers, we strive to promote well-being and prevent illness among our patients. Through continuous follow-ups and regular doctor contacts, the district nurse/nurse is responsible for the patients' well-being.

The work schedule is primarily daytime, with a 40-hour work week and on-call duty every sixth week.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who want to make the days better for our patients, who is interested in working in a team and developing together. At the same time, you are a person who can take a leadership role and remain calm despite unexpected circumstances. Structure and planning ability, combined with good interpersonal skills, are qualifications you possess. We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse; we place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is meritorious if you have district nurse education and/or previous experience within municipal health and medical care.

The position requires a Category B driver's license.
