Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse or care assistant in the resource pool, you work where the need is greatest for the day. The assignment involves covering absences, vacations, and other staffing needs on different departments within the operation. Since planning can change during the day, you need to be flexible, confident in your professional role, and able to adapt with short notice. When you are not booked on a specific department, you are expected to take initiative, support where needed, and contribute to the daily work.

The tasks are varied and mainly consist of providing service, care, and assistance to people who need support in their daily lives. You work closely with the residents and always base your work on the individual's needs, opportunities, and wishes. We focus on health and see opportunities instead of limitations.

In this role, you collaborate with various professional groups and become an important part of the team on the departments where you work. Since the work takes place in different work groups, you need to be able to adapt to varying routines and working methods. Our departments look different based on the residents' needs, and therefore we are looking for you who are empathetic, adaptable, and find it easy to collaborate with different people.

Documentation is an important part of the work, and you are responsible for documenting in Combine according to the Social Services Act. The job responsibilities also include medication management after delegation from a nurse.

The position is full-time, and you work according to a day/evening/weekend schedule.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who feel a strong commitment to people and who want to make a real difference in everyday life. You are driven by creating security, quality, and good care together with others, and you see the value in every meeting. For you, the work is not just about tasks – but about contributing presence, responsibility, and care in people's lives.

Furthermore, we see that you:

  • Have good digital competence
  • Can provide certificates in Swedish equivalent to grade 9

It is meritorious if you:

  • Have experience working in care and assistance
  • Are trained as an assistant nurse
  • Have experience with documentation

We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role, work structured, and have the ability to prioritize and adapt when needs change. You are self-reliant, take responsibility for your tasks, and feel comfortable in different situations and work environments. At the same time, you are helpful, solution-focused, and collaborate well with others. You see where the needs are, take your own initiatives, and contribute to creating security and good care for both residents and colleagues.

Start date by agreement. Probation period may be applied.
