Do you want to work in a school where every student is seen and where genuine collaboration is part of everyday life? Nilaskolan is Malå Municipality's only school, offering all education from preschool class to adult education. Nilaskolan is a small school with high staff density, small student groups, and a strong focus on collegial learning. Here, teachers work closely with each other and with the students, in an environment characterized by engagement, security, and shared responsibility for the quality of teaching. We are now looking for teachers who want to develop our school together with us.

Responsibilities

The staff's responsibilities include planning, leading, developing, and conducting teaching, as well as making adjustments so that it stimulates and challenges the student's curiosity, development, and learning. Security and peace at work are important parts of the school's value base. We work in work teams and sometimes in subject-specific teams.

Qualifications

You are a primary school teacher, licensed, and qualified to teach German and other language subjects up to year 9. You should have good collaboration skills, be flexible, possess pedagogical insight, and have the ability to build good relationships with our students. We would like you to be clear, structured, creative, and have good communication skills as a person. Flexibility, collaboration skills, and engagement are important qualities. Conditions

Full-time, permanent if necessary decisions are made, probationary employment may be relevant.

In accordance with the Act on Suitability Control, a certificate of good conduct from the Police must be presented upon employment.
