We are looking for you who are passionate about technology and manufacturing and who value quality over quantity in the workplace. You are a person who takes initiative and sees what needs to be done, ready to tackle the tasks.
Job Description
You will work with the manufacturing of the company's products. You should be quality-focused and very precise as you will perform checks and follow instructions via digital checklists. You have a good understanding of technology and assembly. Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions. Knowledge of using quality and measuring tools. You have a sense of responsibility for given tasks. Disciplined and stress-resistant. You can work independently and in a structured manner. You will have close collaboration with your team to ensure a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
As a consultant, you are an ambassador for Yourstaff and are the heart of the operation. In the role of assembler, you will work with varied tasks, including assembly and troubleshooting of products. The assembly work is focused on electrical systems, and you will work with electrical schematics and final testing.
Your main tasks include:
- Assembly of products in accordance with the instructions, standards, and guidelines provided by the management.
- Inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet prescribed quality and quality standards.
- You will participate in daily team meetings.
- Follow processes and all safety regulations and report risks/incidents to your manager.
- Participate in problem-solving and actively contribute by suggesting improvements/corrective actions. Assist in the maintenance of machines and facilities.
- Working hours are full-time and during the day. Weekend work may occur.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in assembly.
- Experience in reading and understanding drawings is a plus.
- Since the work is performed standing, good physical mobility is required.
- You have basic computer skills.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Education
- High school diploma with education in electricity/electronics or equivalent technical education is meritorious.
