Are you service-oriented, technically curious, and thrive in a role where you help people every day? 🚀 We are now looking for an engaged servicedesk employee for an exciting assignment in Malmö, where you will become an important part of a team delivering first-class IT support and service.

In the role of servicedesk employee, you work with providing user support and helping customers with everything from troubleshooting to account management and simpler technical questions. You will be a central contact point for users and work daily via phone and case management systems.

You will mainly work with:

• 🔹 Troubleshooting network equipment
• 🔹 Account management and administration
• 🔹 Support regarding hardware and system solutions
• 🔹 Handling incoming cases via phone and case management systems
• 🔹 Guidance and technical support to users

We believe you are a person who likes to solve problems, has a professional attitude, and thrives in a role with many contact surfaces.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• ✅ Experience with Helpdesk / IT support
• ✅ Good technical understanding and experience with troubleshooting
• ✅ Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• ✅ Good service sense and communication skills
• ✅ Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner

• 📌 Location: Malmö
• 🕒 Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• 🏢 Remote work: Not possible
• 📅 Assignment period: June 8, 2026 – September 30, 2026
