About the role

In the role of Operations Coordinator at Kellfri's warehouse in Jung, you are an operational support to the operations manager, team leaders, as well as warehouse and assembly staff. You ensure efficient workflows and create the right conditions for stable daily operations through planning, follow-up, and coordination.

Here you catch deviations, absenteeism, machine breakdowns, and other events that affect workload distribution and deliveries, and coordinate adjustments as needed.

The role also includes:

• Working with production planning and coordination to create a stable flow in the business
• Initiating and driving improvement work where procedures need to be developed
• Optimizing workflows and warehouse structure based on data and business needs
• Monitoring deliveries and handling deviations
• Developing, analyzing, and following up on relevant KPIs
• Ensuring efficient flows within warehousing and production

You work closely with several functions within Kellfri and play a key role in creating structure, tracking key figures, and ensuring that operations run efficiently in daily work.

The position is located in Jung and covers daytime hours, Monday–Friday.

You will be offered employment with Kellfri, starting immediately or as agreed.

Your profile

We are looking for you with post-secondary education in a relevant field and/or equivalent work experience from warehousing, industry, or production. You have experience from a coordinating or coordinating role in a business with many points of contact, where planning, administration, and follow-up have been a natural part of your responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is accustomed to working structured with planning, follow-up, and coordination
• Thrives on analyzing figures, working in business systems, and creating structure in operations
• Has a good understanding of flows within warehousing, logistics, or production
• Is self-reliant and takes great responsibility for your own area
• Has the ability to prioritize and take initiative in an environment where the pace may vary and conditions change quickly
• Works solution-oriented and contributes to good collaboration in the organization
• Is clear in your communication and meticulous in documentation based on processes and work routines

To succeed in the role, we see that you have extensive experience working in a digital work environment and are administratively skilled in business systems, as well as having good experience with Excel.

Meritorious is experience with production planning, logistics systems, flow optimization, delivery processes, document management, or project methodology.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
