Demand for cognitive assessments is increasing, and our clinic has recently expanded its geographical coverage area. We are therefore in an exciting phase of development where we are growing and strengthening our team.
We are part of Capio Geriatrics Sollentuna and work in newly renovated and pleasant premises close to Sollentuna center and public transport. The team consists of doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, and assistant nurses who together perform specialized cognitive assessments in close multidisciplinary collaboration. At our clinic, you will meet patients and their relatives during important life situations. We strive to offer a secure, structured, and evidence-based assessment where each profession contributes its expertise to the overall evaluation.
Your RoleAs a nurse, you have a coordinating role in the assessment process and serve as a key contact for patients and their relatives throughout the assessment and follow-up.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting own clinic visits in connection with cognitive assessments and follow-ups
- Coordinating and planning the assessment process
- Telephone counseling and follow-up of patients and relatives
- Administering certain cognitive screening instruments
- Sample collection and other medical procedures related to the assessment
- Participating in team rounds
The work combines independent clinic duties with close collaboration within the multidisciplinary team.

The position is permanent, with a 6-month probation period. The employment level is 50-100%.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is interested in cognitive diseases and appreciates a coordinating role where patient contact, clinical work, and teamwork are integrated.
You are a licensed nurse with a few years of professional experience. Previous experience in specialized outpatient care and/or with patients suffering from cognitive diseases is an advantage. Furthermore, further/specialist education in dementia or geriatrics, such as being a Silvia Nurse, is meritorious.
Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
