We are now looking for a Bosnian-speaking woman for the position of care assistant/nursing assistant at Johannelund Home Care within Vardaga Home Care.

The position is during daytime, Monday to Friday, 07:50–12:10, with leave on public holidays and red days.

About the role

The position is within consolidated home care, which means you work consistently with the same customer during your shift. This creates continuity, security, and better quality in care, both for the customer and for you as an employee.

Your experience and knowledge

We would prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills, experience with documentation, and local knowledge are also meritorious. Good knowledge of Bosnian and Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
