Södertörn is one of Nobina's traffic areas in Sweden. Since the beginning of 2026, the majority of the vehicle fleet in our traffic area has been electrified. This means we have taken a completely new direction in how we maintain our vehicles, and we are therefore in a very exciting and developmental phase.

In our depot in Jordbro, we are responsible for approximately 60 buses, with a dedicated workshop team of around five employees.

Our depot in Ösmo has approximately 30 buses and a team of four people.

Well-functioning vehicles are a basic prerequisite for our passengers to be able to travel safely and comfortably every day. Therefore, we continue to strengthen and develop our vehicle maintenance work. We are now looking for a new manager for the workshops in Jordbro and Ösmo who wants to contribute to a stable, efficient, and future-proof operation.

The Role

As Maintenance Manager (Workshop Manager), you are responsible for ensuring that our buses are ready for traffic around the clock through efficient planning and management of the workshop's work. You lead, distribute, and follow up on daily maintenance with a focus on quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness.

You have personnel responsibility for the workshop team and work closely with operations to ensure a stable delivery to traffic.

To thrive in this role, you are a secure and flexible leader with good collaboration skills. You are solution-oriented, accustomed to change, and have an easy time creating engagement in teams with different experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for you who have a strong technical understanding and who thrive in a role where structure, planning, and prioritization are crucial for the result. You work methodically and carefully, have an eye for detail, and enjoy analyzing working methods, flows, and processes to find improvements and efficiencies.

The role involves many contact surfaces, both internally and externally, which means you need to be communicative, collaboration-oriented, and have a clear service focus. You are secure in your role, create trust in dialogue with others, and have an easy time building long-term relationships. Furthermore, we see that you have:

• Experience from similar operations in a leading maintenance role
• Good technical competence and understanding of maintenance and operational issues
• Good computer skills
• Business-minded and economic thinking
• Category B driver's license
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing

About the Position

The position is full-time, daytime hours, but evenings and nights may occur. The location is Jordbro. Individual salary setting applies. You will report to Maintenance Manager Fredrik Langen.
