About the role

You will become an important part of our team and work broadly as an IT Technician with a focus on:

• Operations, support, and client management
• Network solutions and Microsoft 365
• Onboarding and migration of new customers to InfraCom's platform
• Technical projects in close collaboration with the team

We are looking for you who

• Have a genuine interest in IT and technology
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Thrive in a consultative role close to the customer
• Are driven to learn more and develop continuously
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, in writing and speech

Your profile

We believe you have a genuine interest in IT with at least 3 years of experience working with computers, networks, and peripheral equipment. We would also like you to have relevant education in the field.

As a person, you are service-oriented, well-organized, and meticulous. We see you as a flexible person who adapts easily to different situations.
