The demand for cognitive assessments is increasing, and the clinic has recently expanded its geographical coverage area. We are therefore in an exciting phase of development where we are growing and strengthening our team.

We are part of Capio Geriatrics Sollentuna and work in newly renovated and pleasant premises near Sollentuna center and public transport. The team consists of doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants who together conduct specialized cognitive assessments in close multidisciplinary collaboration. Here, you will meet patients and their relatives during important life situations. We strive to offer a secure, structured, and evidence-based assessment where each profession contributes its expertise to the overall evaluation.

As an occupational therapist here, you will primarily work with activity and function assessments in cases of suspected cognitive impairment. Cognitive testing using various validated instruments is also an important part of your duties.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Mapping of activity capacity in daily activities (ADL)
• Assessment of how cognitive impairment affects daily functioning
• Home visits for activity assessment in a relevant environment
• Needs assessment, as well as prescribing and follow-up of assistive devices
• Contributing occupational therapy expertise to the team's diagnostic assessment

Your activity assessment provides important information on how cognitive impairment affects the patient's daily functioning and forms a central part of the team's collective evaluation.

The position is permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. The scope is 70-100%.

We are looking for you who have an interest in how cognitive impairment affects activity capacity in daily life and who thrive in a role where independent assessments are combined with close teamwork.

You are a licensed occupational therapist with a few years of professional experience. Experience working within geriatrics, neurology, or psychiatry is meritorious, as is experience with cognitive assessments. Education in assessment tools such as PRPP or AMPS, as well as experience with tests such as MoCA and RUDAS, is meritorious.

The work may involve home visits, so a B-driver's license is desirable.

Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
