Job Description

You will be involved in the manufacturing of the company's products. You should be quality-focused and very meticulous, as you will perform checks and follow instructions via digital checklists. You have a good understanding of technology and assembly. You can read, understand, and follow instructions. Knowledge of using quality and measuring tools. You have a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks. You are disciplined and stress-resistant. You can work independently and in a structured manner. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you are an ambassador for Yourstaff and the heart of the operation. In the role of assembler, you will work with varied tasks, including assembly and troubleshooting of products. The assembly work is focused on electricity, and you will work with electrical diagrams and final testing.

Your main tasks include:

• Assembly of products in accordance with the instructions, standards, and guidelines provided by the foreman.
• Inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet prescribed quality and quality standards.
• You will participate in daily team meetings.
• Follow processes and all safety regulations, and report risks/incidents to your manager.
• Participate in problem-solving and actively contribute by suggesting improvements/corrective actions. Assist in the maintenance of machines and facilities.
• Working hours are full-time and during the day. Weekend work may occur.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in assembly.
• Experience in reading and understanding drawings is a plus.
• Since the work is performed standing, good physical mobility is required.
• You have basic computer skills.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Education

• High school diploma with education in electricity/electronics or equivalent technical education is meritorious.
