Our company is growing and currently expanding its operations into a new division focused on heat pumps.

To drive our growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who knows the HVAC or heat pump industry inside and out. Is that you?

What will your responsibilities be at PHOTOMATE?

You will be responsible for the sales of heat pumps in the assigned region. Your task will be to analyze the right sales channels and identify opportunities across all market segments (residential, commercial, and industrial). You will actively seek out and establish new B2B partnerships, close deals, and market our products among well-known plumbing and heating installers. Sales support and proactive hunting for business opportunities will be part of your daily routine.

You will collaborate with the technical support, marketing, and sales departments to ensure that all business activities run smoothly. You will manage leads and follow up on the business results for each partner.

Communication with colleagues from the division, the solar panel department, energy management systems, and marketing will be crucial to achieving our goals.

You will also collaborate with business partners regarding business opportunities and engagement, maintaining open communication channels with customers to gather feedback and insights that can improve products and sales. Working together with the marketing team to develop collaborations with business partners and installers will be an integrated part of your job.

Additionally, you will provide basic technical support and training to business partners so that they have all the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell heat pumps and accessories.

What knowledge and experience should you have?

• At least 5 years of experience with heat pumps
• Strategic planning
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of related technologies (PV systems and HVAC systems)
• Basic knowledge of marketing
• Ability to sell a new brand
• Proficiency in MS Office 365
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
