At MAX Burgers, we are looking for a CRM Activation Specialist who wants to strengthen the relationship with our guests, develop a unique loyalty program, and drive the business forward. This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about data-driven marketing, personalization, and loyalty programs. As a CRM Activation Specialist, you will work both tactically and operationally within a Nordic context, contributing to the development of our loyalty program, MAX Rewards.

About the role

As a CRM Activation Specialist at MAX, you will become a key player in strengthening the relationship with our guests and driving the business through data-driven, precise, and relevant communication. You will be central to the development of our loyalty program, MAX Rewards. You will be responsible for translating strategy into concrete, data-driven activations that increase guest engagement, visit frequency, and guest value.

You will drive CRM and loyalty efforts with a clear focus on commercial impact – increased engagement, higher visit frequency, and stronger lifetime value. Through data-driven insights and precise activations, you will ensure that every interaction with the guest is relevant, value-creating, and converting.

You will be part of the Commercial & CRM team and work closely with Business Tech, Analytics, Brand Advertising & Media, and POS to create a cohesive and value-creating guest experience in our Nordic markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive and optimize data-driven member activations end-to-end – plan, implement, and continuously improve targeted CRM and loyalty campaigns based on segmentation and behavioral data, with a clear focus on increasing engagement, visit frequency, and commercial impact over time.
  • Translate guest insights into action – analyze campaign results and behavioral data to optimize segmentation, content, and guest activations.
  • Develop MAX Rewards and the loyalty offer – drive initiatives that strengthen the program and increase the member base, engagement, and visit frequency.
  • Ensure a cohesive guest experience – coordinate communication across channels with the right message and timing.
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the delivery process – collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure the whole picture from idea and content to technical setup and follow-up.

About you

You are analytical and business-driven, with the ability to translate data and insights into activities that drive engagement and business results. You thrive in a role where you take overall responsibility, from analysis and segmentation to activation and follow-up, and collaborate closely with various functions to create relevant guest experiences.

You are motivated by understanding our guests' behaviors and are driven by both developing relationships with existing members and attracting new ones. You work in a structured manner, are curious, and enjoy testing new approaches to optimize results. At the same time, you are communicative and accustomed to working cross-functionally.

To thrive in this role, you have approximately 3–5 years of experience in CRM and loyalty, preferably in a Nordic context, as well as experience in campaign planning, marketing automation, and segmentation. You have a relevant education in marketing, business, or equivalent. You have strong analytical skills, work in a data-driven manner, and collaborate easily. Experience from retail, FMCG, or QSR is advantageous, as is experience with CRM and loyalty platforms.

You will become part of the Commercial & CRM team, responsible for offers, sales, sales channels, CRM, and the loyalty program MAX Rewards.

About the process

The position is a permanent employment located at our office in Stockholm (Garnisonen). Start date is according to agreement.
