The demand for cognitive assessments is increasing, and our clinic has recently expanded its geographical catchment area. We are therefore in an exciting phase of development where we are growing and strengthening our team.
We are part of Capio Geriatrics Sollentuna and work in newly renovated and pleasant premises close to Sollentuna center and public transport. The team consists of doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants who together conduct specialized cognitive assessments in close multiprofessional collaboration. Here, you will meet patients and their relatives during important life situations. We strive to offer a secure, structured, and evidence-based assessment where every profession contributes its expertise to the overall evaluation.
Your RoleAs a nurse, you have a coordinating role in the assessment process and serve as a key contact for patients and their relatives throughout the assessment and follow-up.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Conducting own clinic visits in connection with cognitive assessments and follow-ups
- Coordinating and planning the assessment process
- Telephone counseling and follow-up of patients and relatives
- Administering certain cognitive screening instruments
- Sampling and other medical procedures in connection with the assessment
- Participating in team rounds
The work combines independent clinic duties with close collaboration within the multiprofessional team.

The position is permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. The scope is 50-100%.
About YouWe are looking for someone interested in cognitive diseases who appreciates a coordinating role where patient contact, clinical work, and teamwork are woven together.
You are a registered nurse with a few years of professional experience. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in specialized outpatient care and/or with patients with cognitive diseases. Furthermore, further/specialized education in dementia or geriatrics, such as being a Silvia Nurse, is meritorious.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
