• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluently speak and write Swedish

Previous experience from the automotive industry or technical work is an advantage. About the role As a personal service technician, you work closely with the customer throughout the entire service process – from first contact to the finished car. The role combines technology, service, and administration and suits you if you appreciate variety and personal responsibility. In our workshop, we work according to VPS and in a team together with a colleague. Together, you are responsible for planning and executing the daily work, where service, repair, and maintenance of passenger cars are central parts. In addition to the technical work, the role includes customer dialogue, advice, time booking, invoicing, and handing over the car. You will become an important part of ensuring that every customer receives a professional and secure experience characterized by quality, clarity, and care. Currently, our facility in Karlshamn is undergoing a total renovation according to Volvo's latest VRE standard (Volvo Retail Experience). This means you will get to work in a completely modernized environment created for the workshop of the future – with a focus on functionality, well-being, and a world-class work environment.
