We are currently looking for staff for our service department in Karlskrona. The role involves varied tasks within property maintenance and cleaning.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Window cleaning
• Construction and move-out cleaning
• Roof and facade washing
• Remediation (sanitation)

The position requires Swedish citizenship. A security check with registry control will be conducted prior to employment, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

Qualifications and requirements

• Completed upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Category B driver's license is required.
• Meritorious: Training in lifts and fall protection.
• Meritorious: Heavy vehicle driver's license (BE or CE).

Employment type and working hours

This is a fixed-term full-time position. Working hours are during the day, and the work area is in Blekinge. The position is available immediately.
