Marine Maintenance Group Sweden AB was founded in 2005 with the goal of consolidating various business areas within the marine industry. We are located in Sölvesborg, Karlshamn, and Karlskrona. The company consists of different divisions and has its headquarters in Sölvesborg, with branch offices in Karlshamn and Karlskrona.

About the Role

We are looking for two marine technicians for our facility in Karlskrona. One of these positions will include 20% customer reception duties at the workshop. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with troubleshooting, engine service, maintenance, and repair work. You will also engage in customer service and client interaction, which requires high levels of social competence and professionalism. You will deliver high-quality, professional work and ensure that customer requests are addressed.

As a marine technician, you will be part of a team of skilled technicians. Our workshop in Karlskrona is authorized for the brands Yamaha, Yanmar, and Volvo Penta.

Your Profile

You have a technical education in vehicles and a few years of experience as a car technician or marine technician. You possess knowledge and training in modern troubleshooting techniques. You are practical, detail-oriented, and responsible. You thrive in an independent role but are also a natural team player. We require good proficiency in both Swedish and English, as this is necessary for reading manuals and assisting customers with troubleshooting. If you are also a cheerful and social person, you will fit in very well with us.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in boats and experience from shipyard or workshop work. We prefer candidates who are self-motivated and enjoy varied tasks.

Requirements

• Valid B-driver's license.

Merits:

• Experience with Yamaha, Yanmar, or Volvo Penta engines.
• Forklift license and/or experience with wheel loaders.
