We are now looking for a Sales Manager who is good with people, is engaged, and spreads positive energy to ensure your sales team always thrives and feels good. You are a natural leader with strong initiative and organizational skills. You are responsible, independent, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks. As a Sales Manager, you work with sales at major concerts in the Skellefteå area and surrounding regions.

Your main responsibility is to engage, drive, and coach your sales team so that they perform at their best during events. You prepare sales materials, handle restocking of goods and cash registers, as well as closing down and cleaning up after events. During the summer, there is an opportunity to work at festivals and in other locations in Sweden and Denmark.

You thrive in event settings and see great value in taking on significant responsibility for personnel and sales early on. Experience with cash handling, leadership, and/or experience in sales, sports, and teamwork is advantageous, but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important factors!

The job is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, and you have the opportunity to choose how much and when you want to work. This is perfect for you who, for example, study at university or have another part-time job.
