Job Description: District Manager

The role of District Manager involves leading and distributing work across the district. The overarching goal is to ensure excellent quality in the services delivered within your area. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Lead our staff and ensure quality assurance of our assignments
• Maintain ongoing contact with our customers
• Recruit new staff
• Train and onboard new employees
• Develop the district
• Administer via RG Admin. This includes staffing assignments, entering bookings, ensuring staff report hours and images on time, approving timesheets, etc.
• Work follow-up is conducted, among other things, through key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
• Actively participate in our joint activities such as weekly meetings, conferences, training sessions, etc.

Profile

• Experience in the grocery retail sector (DVH)
• Comfortable with picking and performing renovations
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Computer literate. Comfortable with Excel and Word.
• Structured and responsible.
• Self-driven and solution-oriented.
• Enjoys taking responsibility for the district and leading staff.
