We are a company within the Hogia Group providing IT systems for public transport operators in the Nordic region – with the ambition to make travel easier and more efficient for both passengers and operators. HPTS is the market leader in the public sector and operates today in a two-part market: traditionally with public transport authorities in the public sector, but with growing business also towards private transport operators.
The company is in an important phase where the business model is being developed, the market is expanding geographically, and new customer segments are being targeted. Do you want to be part of building up and professionalizing the deployment and project management processes in a high-paced operation with many contact points and significant impact on the business? We are now looking for a Deployment Manager who combines operational control with a clear responsibility for developing methods, teams, and delivery capabilities.
About the role
As a Deployment Manager (Deployment Lead), you take overall responsibility for our deployments and project deliveries – from planning and coordination to stable handover and continuous improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create structure, clarity, and predictability in the deliveries while leading people, driving projects forward, and developing ways of working that strengthen both quality and customer benefit.
The role involves overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and monitoring several parallel projects and deployments. You drive the work from initiation to handover and ensure that activities, resources, schedules, and dependencies are handled in an efficient and structured manner.
You will:
- Establish and anchor project, time, and resource plans
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Ensure monitoring of status, risks, quality, costs, and deviations
- Drive decisions and activities forward together with various functions
- Document implementation, decisions, and lessons learned
- Ensure structured handover to administration and support
- Develop processes, templates, and common ways of working for projects and deployment
The role has a broad contact area with management, KAM/Sales, technology, product, support, administration, customers, and external parties.
You will also have personnel responsibility for a small team and play a key role in creating clarity, structure, and progress in daily work.
We are looking for you who
We believe you are an experienced project manager or delivery lead who thrives in complex environments where many activities run in parallel and where success is built on structure, clarity, and execution capability.
We would like you to have:
- Documented experience in project management, delivery management, or deployment
- Experience in driving multiple parallel projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of project control, risk management, and resource planning
- Experience in coordinating and setting requirements with various stakeholders
- Good financial understanding and experience with budget and result monitoring
- Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
- Good system and business understanding, preferably from SaaS, system implementation, or other project-intensive operations
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- ISO 27001
- Information Security
- Management Systems
- Audits and improvement work
As a person
To succeed in the role, you need to be:
- Driving and proactive
- Structured and resilient
- Clear and confident in your communication
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic
- Comfortable with setting requirements and following up
- Skilled at creating collaboration and consensus between different functions
You have the ability to hold the big picture together without losing the details and thrive in a role where you combine leadership, coordination, and operational execution.
We offer
Here you will have the opportunity to:
- Be part of developing and professionalizing methods and processes
- Take a key role in the business with significant impact
- Work closely with operations, technology, and management
- Contribute to improvement work in quality, information security, and management systems
- Develop further in leadership, delivery control, and business development
Welcome with your application! We work with continuous selection and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Questions about the position are answered by People Experience Manager, Olof Kinell, [email protected].
