What the company does:
The client is located in Finspång and is a global player in energy technology, focusing on the development and manufacturing of gas turbines for power generation and industrial applications. The facility has a long industrial history and employs approximately 2,800 people. In addition to traditional turbine manufacturing, they are investing in sustainable energy solutions, such as hydrogen-powered turbines and additive manufacturing.

About the team:
The team works within Order Engineering, developing customized solutions for turbine peripheral systems, with a focus on technical solutions and high-quality 3D modeling. The group consists of 19 process engineers in a dynamic and primarily young environment, but also includes experienced colleagues who contribute to competence development. You will grow quickly in your role with good opportunities for further development within the company.

It is a tight-knit and multicultural team where colleagues enjoy socializing both at and outside of work. The group shares interests such as technology, video games, coffee breaks, and shared lunches, and organizes activities like skiing during winter weekends. About the role:
The work is carried out both individually and in larger projects involving up to 50 people, where collaboration and support from colleagues are second nature. The team helps each other through regular meetings, and it is easy to support one another's projects when needed. The role involves contact with several departments to create a holistic understanding. Although meetings are not frequent per week, they can be in-depth. To thrive here, you need to be communicative, curious, and willing to ask questions – a positive and engaged attitude is crucial for fitting into the team.

We believe you have:

• At least a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Physics, Mechanics, or Chemical Engineering
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred:
- Specialization in Process Engineering in your studies
