Caverion is now looking for a Service Project Manager within ventilation and plumbing for our assignment at Saab in Linköping/Tannefors. You will have the opportunity to work with

As a Service Project Manager, you are responsible for driving service and smaller projects within ventilation and plumbing – from planning and customer dialogue to execution and follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with both the customer, technicians, subcontractors, and colleagues within several technical areas.

You will have a varied daily routine where you combine technology, business, and relationships in an environment where quality and long-term perspective are in focus.

The role also includes:

• Leading and coordinating service projects within ventilation and plumbing
• Responsible for planning, economics, and follow-up of projects
• Being the customer's contact person in daily work
• Communicating with technical specialists as well as commercial contacts with contractors and suppliers
• Coordinating technicians and subcontractors
• Identifying improvements and development opportunities for the customer
• Working closely with other technical areas within Caverion

Your background

• Several years of experience in service projects or project management within ventilation and/or plumbing
• Technical understanding of buildings and installations
• Ability to create good customer relationships
• Experience working independently and driving multiple tasks in parallel
• Good administrative skills and economic understanding

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
