We are looking for you with experience from the bar and a passion for delivering great service!
Rollin Bistro's Backyard is located in the Gamlestadens Fabriker area, a district focused on food, craftsmanship, art, and drinks.
In addition to our classic restaurant operations with lunch and evening service, we host events and various happenings with music and food in focus.
The food is cooked over an open fire and served from our popular burger kitchen.
Our drink menu consists of seasonal cocktails, a wide selection of gins, a large range of beers from local breweries, as well as a really good wine list.
The position is part-time, working evenings and weekends.
Salary according to agreement.
Starting in June/July and on a permanent basis.
