Restaurant Manager for Restaurant Riviera in Båstad

Welcome to Båstad on the fantastic Bjärehalvön peninsula. Here you will find miles of sandy beaches, saltwater bathing, tennis, padel, golf, boating, entertainment, and events. We are looking to strengthen our team and are seeking a Restaurant Manager for Restaurant Riviera.

At Restaurant Riviera, there is life and activity from morning until evening. The bar is centrally located in the heart of the hotel, and the large lounge is a favorite spot for both the hotel's conference guests and holidaying families with children. Here, locally sourced Bjärehalvön ingredients are transformed into exclusive culinary experiences for adults and favorite dishes for the little ones.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in the profession.
• Can provide good references.
• Have a strong sense of quality and hospitality.
• Can work independently and in a team to achieve personal and company goals.
• Are a social, cheerful, energizing, and open person.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment but exude calmness to our guests.
• Are at least 20 years old.

• Scope of position: Full-time 100%, permanent position, 6-month probation period
• Salary: According to agreement, collective agreement applies
