RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Planning Expert, your main tasks will be to conduct planning meetings and drive the sales of storage solutions and sliding doors from Elfa. You will meet customers both digitally and in person at Studio Elfa Stockholm. You will work in an inspiring environment as part of a team of planning experts and studio hosts, who together aim to offer customers a high level of customer service and create smart storage solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting and following up on planning meetings
• Driving sales of Elfa's storage solutions and sliding doors
• Handling customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, bookings, and payments
• Assisting visiting customers and processing payments in the studio

Key requirements for the role:

• Experience from administration and customer service, preferably in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Sales experience
• Proficiency with computers and systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Good proficiency in Finnish

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Planning Expert is a consultancy assignment, and you will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB.

The studio's opening hours are:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00–18:00
• Saturday: 09:30–16:30

Your working hours will primarily follow these times. The position is part-time, equivalent to approximately 50%.
