About Us

Within Aleris Basic Home Care, we work on behalf of health centers and general practitioner clinics when they are closed – that is, evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County.

Aleris Basic Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care. Together, we work to create safe, accessible, and high-quality care – always with the patient in focus.

About the Role

As a Patient Safety Nurse, you play a key role in our work with quality and patient safety. You work closely with the operation's management and colleagues to ensure that our processes, routines, and training maintain high standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Central role in the organization of Basic Home Care, working broadly to ensure patient safety processes, including incident management.
• Varying workplace based on presence at the operations is included in the role, but the main workplace is the service office in Alvik.
• Involvement in responsibility for delegations, new delegations, and re-delegations.
• Identify and drive training needs based on the operation's goals.
• Work with quality assurance and development of routines and documentation in Centuri.
• Responsible for training and competence development in the area.

About You

We are looking for a registered nurse/advanced practice nurse with a commitment to quality and patient safety. You work independently with good judgment, contribute to a strong team spirit, and thrive in collaboration with colleagues.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability – we are looking for you who are confident, communicative, and want to help develop the operation.

We would like you to have:

• At least two years of experience as a nurse/advanced practice nurse.
• Good computer skills and experience with the medical record system TakeCare.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious:

• Experience in quality and patient safety work.
• Experience in handling large volume deviations and in training others.
• Advantageous if you are trained as an advanced practice nurse.

Terms of Employment

• Employment type: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period.
• Scope: Full-time.
• Start date: By agreement.
