About the role

As a Financial Consultant with us, you work closely with our customers to develop, improve, and future-proof their financial business processes. You are part of a project team where we take a holistic approach to the customer's business and support them in everything from implementation and upgrades to further development of their business systems.

The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:

• Feasibility studies to understand the customer's business and identify needs, as well as developing solutions – both standard and customized
• Conducting workshops and training for the customer's users
• Testing, parameter configuration, and data migration
• Ongoing support and advice regarding the customer's financial processes
• Helping customers get the maximum value from their Business Central solution
• Advising on strategic system choices for peripheral processes, such as group reporting

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who currently works as a consultant and identifies with one of the following:

• You work as a Financial Consultant within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a clear focus on financial processes

or

• You work as an Application Consultant within another ERP system (e.g., Jeeves, Unit4, Visma, Pyramid, or similar) and have solid experience with financial processes – and are curious to develop within the Microsoft Dynamics world

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Consulting experience and habit of working customer-facing in projects
• Good understanding of financial flows and business processes
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Experience working structured and in parallel on multiple assignments

As a person, you are driven, business-minded, and motivated by creating results – both for the customer and the team. You thrive in collaboration with others, believe in the team before the individual, and dare to challenge both customers' and colleagues' ways of working when it leads to better solutions.

Since you work with both Swedish and international customers, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Start: Preferably immediately, but we fully understand notice periods

Scope: Full-time. We are flexible and assume it should work for all parties

Location: Malmö, Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Jönköping, or Växjö
